Had a great lunch here, seafood sharing platter which was very tasty. Looked a little small at first but actually felt quite full afterwards. Staff were great, definitely one of the better places to get lunch in Banchory.

The Bistro supplied a delicious meal for 22 of us to eat at our holiday accommodation. We collected the food but they were happy to deliver if we’d wanted them to. A good selection of mains and deserts (particularly the venison stew and the lemon possets). They were super friendly and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Booked a table for the vegan set menu night. Best vegan tasting menu. Good portions and each course was delicious. Highly recommend! Have previously taken away a slice of their vegan coffee and walnut cake, also very good.

The Food & Service were excellent & it's dog friendly. For me, it loses 1 star due to the limited choice in the menu & the cost. £50 for lunch for 2 is a bit on the pricey side for what we had.

Just walked in on speculation,warmly welcomed and given a perfect table.The menu wasn't vast but there was enough choice really.The service and description/suggestions from the waitress was really helpful towards our choices.The food was beautifully prepared and SO tasty,chef knows his stuff . Good service , obviously popular judging by the attendance.

I absolutely love this place. There is nothing like that around Banchory. The menu is interesting and there are lots of vegetarian options. The staff is always pleasant and I like the music in the background.

Such a personal and accommodating place for the whole family to go. Always a friendly welcome and service, with delicious breakfast options, refreshing coffee and scrumptious fine pieces to take away for later on! Highly recommended if you’re passing by!

Visited for lunch last week. We were able to find something appealing on the menu, but only just. No sandwich or salad options available but two choices of soup on such a hot day suggests their formula is a bit rigid. The menu doesn't seem to have changed since our last visit a year ago and majors on light bites.

What an amazing little find. I would highly recommend anyone pay a visit. The food was so fresh, tasty, and really put beautifully the dish. And the front of house staff weren’t half bad with ;) (veg options were awesome!)

Stopped for lunch by chance. Can only say that it was excellent in all respects. Even bought 1.5kg of Smoked Paprika. I feel like a hoarder!
